
Acoustic Louver

Fixed single piece blade profile. Fixed blades, heads, sills and mullions to be manufactured from 1100 series aluminum alloy with 2.0mm thickness. Interior acoustic material to be 60kg/m3 density rock wool insulation protected by non-woven fire retardant 100% polyester sheeting and perforated bent sheet. Louvre pitch to be spaced at 300mm. Total system depth not to exceed 150 mm. All screws to be non-corrosive SS316.

Performance(ASTM-90-09) Test data shall be from an accredited acoustical laboratory tested in the US (Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories) in accordance with ASTM E-90-09. The minimum acceptable performance through all octave bands is as follows: V150-2(Z):STC = 13, Free Area = 17%
V150-2: STC = 12, Free Area = 24%
V300-2:STC = 17, Free Area = 28%
